And I need you to know that because social media makes it look like we have it all together all the time. The truth? I've been "about to film" this course since September. I've postponed scheduling lunch with this friend twice before. Some weeks I teach dance 5 times, other weeks I'm overwhelmed with my day job cancel everything because my brain just... can't. That day wasn't magic. It was just the right combination of guilt, pressure, and maybe some decent dopamine levels 😅 What you didn't see: The 47 times I opened my course outline and immediately closed it The many plans telling myself to "just film tomorrow" The texts I still haven't responded to from other friends The laundry that's been in the dryer for 3 days This week I have to edit this footage. If you're waiting for the "perfect" day to start your thing... this i

This week: Organized a major event, ensured artists were cared for, ran workshops, kept everything smooth. 🫠 The reality? It's exhausting. But here's what I've learned: ✅ 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 (I couldn't do this without my team) ✅ 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲-𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 (seriously, EVERYTHING) ✅ 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲 𝗻𝗼 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 (follow up, follow up, follow up) The wins are worth the exhaustion when you're building something that matters. But let's be real - it's not glamorous. It's late nights, constant communication, and hoping nothing falls through the cracks. #notimpressed with the number of reminders I've had to send, but very impressed with what we pulled off 🔥 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗼𝗸𝗮𝘆.
