Canceled class one hour before while I was already on my way, extremely unprofessional and a waste of time

Response from Luna Del Soul - House of Dance

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the inconvenience and regret that the cancellation affected your plans. This class was canceled due to the teacher getting very sick, and notice was sent as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this happens. Last-minute cancellations are extremely rare for us, and our long-standing students’ reviews reflect our consistent reliability and professionalism.

We had such a wonderful experience learning our wedding first dance with Emrah at Luna del Sol! Neither of us have any dance experience, but Emrah was incredibly patient and encouraging. He taught choreography that was the perfect level for us—challenging enough to look beautiful, but still comfortable and natural. Every lesson was fun and relaxed, and we always left feeling more confident. We’d highly recommend Emrah and Luna del Sol to anyone looking for a wedding dance instructor or just wanting to learn to dance! 💃🕺

Che was a great instructor, really easy to work with and super enthusiastic and creative for our wedding first dance practices! We felt way more confident and coordinated on our big day, so we really appreciated the time and lessons here. Thanks to Che and the whole team at Luna Del Soul!
